Instructions:
- Boil 1 cup water+1 cup milk+ sweetener(optional)
- Once the water comes to boil, add 3 tsp masala chai mix
- Bring the mix to a rolling boil for 3 mins
- Strain & enjoy!

Strain with what? I also don’t get a ton of flavor. I used my tea strainer originally and it didn’t work well to keep the chai in.

Hi Tess,
Did you boil the milk+water before adding the tea? Once the tea is added, bring the mix to a rolling boil again and then count your 3 minutes. If your tea strainer is not fine enough, you can always use a cheese cloth. Please let me know how this turns out to be. Will be waiting to hear back! I’ve had all kinds of chai at countless coffee shops across the country and this is by far my favorite one! My daughter bought the unsweetened masala chai mix for me for Christmas and I’m so glad she found your company!!
