After moving thousands of miles from Chennai to Boston, I found myself feeling homesick and longing for a comforting cup of chai. I embarked on a quest to find that perfect creamy spiced chai I grew up with, but to my disappointment, it was nowhere to be found. I tried countless bland chai variations from the East Coast to the West Coast, but none could satisfy me. That’s when I decided to take matters into my own hands.

Drawing upon my engineering and culinary expertise, I was determined to create a chai recipe that would capture the exact blend and taste of home. After years of experimenting and refining, I finally crafted a chai that satisfied my longing for that familiar flavor!
