We use this chai concentrate in our coffee shop in Boston, and we are known for our Masala Chai! People come from far and wide to try our masala chai (and then come back again and again!) In my humble opinion, Madhrasi Chai is the closest a concentrate chai can get to an authentic masala chai. It's perfectly balanced, and not too sweet. There is also an unsweetened version for those who prefer that.
