Not in Love with It?
If you didn’t enjoy the taste or the experience, let us know within 30 days of your purchase. We’ll happily offer you a refund or a replacement, no questions asked.

Returns:
You may also return unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Request a Refund:
Please email us at connect@madhrasi.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges:
Need to swap a product? Let us know—we’re happy to help with exchanges if the item is still available.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
• Opened food items cannot be returned.
